A request shouldn’t lose its history when it changes hands. A useful answer shouldn’t require a long search through folders. And helping a broker shouldn’t mean asking them to learn another portal.
Our starting point is the everyday work. Connect the context. Give the request an owner. Make the next step clear. Then use AI where it can help, with sources and a person in control.
